VII European Conference on Neutron Scattering 2019

From June 30 to July 5, 2019, the VII European Conference on Neutron Scattering (ECNS 2019) was held at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall. (http://ecns2019.com/)

The specialists of Scientific Instruments JSC presented two reports at this conference.

The report "Methods of X-ray microscopy and radiography in archeology and the study of museum exhibits" was made by the specialists of our company at the microsymposium "Scientific methods in studying cultural heritage". At the poster session, the report "Study of book binding by X-ray spectral methods of analysis" was presented.

To get the results for the reports, the following instruments manufactured by our company were used:

• X-ray analytical microprobe microscope RАМ-30μ

• X-ray fluorescence energy dispersive spectrometer REAN

• Desktop X-ray diffractometer DIFRAY
