Upgraded X-ray fluorescence analyzer REAN

At the Analytica Expo 2019 exhibition in Moscow, Scientific Instruments JSC presented for the first time the latest modification of the REAN X-ray fluorescence analyzer.

In September 2018, an upgraded X-ray diffractometer Difray-402M was put into operation at Kandalaksha Aluminum Plant (Kandalaksha, Murmansk region).
